About the course

When you like and accept yourself, everything changes

Over my 21 years of working with people, I have gathered information and studied my clients' results, and there are some key elements I would love to share with you. Throughout this course you will learn why it is SO important to have a good relationship with yourself if you want to succeed in any area of your life. For the purpose of this course, we will be focussing on making your new eating habits a part of your LIFESTYLE, so that you never have to feel down about yourself again... but if you do, you know exactly what steps to take.

It's important to point out that this isn't a diet, or a replacement for any medical advice or information. We're working on the mindset here - the type of emotions and thoughts that can often drive us to eat for comfort, or to cure boredom, or alleviate stress, and so on. It isn't a nutrition course and nor is it suitable if you have any heart/thyroid issues or are on medication that can affect body weight.

HELLO AND welcome

My name is Laura McDonald, and I'm a hypnotherapist and mindset coach, wife, mum of four, and founder of Eden Wellness.

This course is for you if you have ever dieted, succeeded, and put the weight back on again.

It's for you if you know what you shouldn't be eating, but can't help snacking on these foods anyway. It's for you if you eat out of boredom, stress, sadness, loneliness etc.

It is designed to get your mind in the right shape, because after all, everything starts there.

This has been put together after requests from my podcast listeners. The podcast audios are incorporated into the course, but now you also have 5 guided visualisations, 5 workbooks, and podcast transcripts to go along with it all.

You will be able to read the notes and listen to the audios in your own time - and what this course will do for you is show you some key pillars I have discovered when working with people and their weight loss goals.

I have used many methods, some worked and some didn't, and I have learned that it comes down to one thing - your relationship with yourself.

When we want to succeed at anything, we need to have our minds polished and primed to get the best results.

All too often, my clients in the past were not in a good frame of mind, in that their internal dialogue was not in alignment with their goals, so they'd always end up sabotaging themselves.

When you work on your mind first, everything else is so much more manageable.
