There are three ways to get involved! 1) Online, self paced course. 2) Group course consisting of 5 weekly video sessions (recorded). A maximum of 15 in any one group, where you can ask questions and talk about what you are struggling with. 3) One-to-one course, consisting of 5 weekly video sessions (recorded), just for you. We work meticulously, addressing any areas of your life that may be playing a part in making habits and lifestyle so difficult to change.
